I’m a systems thinker and a strategist at heart. I thrive on connection, communication, and transformation. People say I bring energy, clarity, and motivation into every room. I’m certified in the Technology of Participation strategic planning process, Myers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, and Korn Ferry 360. And Lead Strong is proud to hold HUB, MBE, and SBE certifications in Texas.

Outside the office
When I’m not coaching or building business systems, you’ll find me at the beach, reading, traveling, or walking my yorkie (who, yes, has his own voice and personality). I’m a huge women’s basketball fan and love giving back through church and community organizations—I’ve served on the boards of at least three.
