Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Lead Strong Inc. (“Lead Strong,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when
you visit leadstronginc.com, including our speaking and event pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
You can browse most of our site without telling us anything. You share information when you choose to:
• Submit a contact, speaking inquiry, or discovery-call form
• Book a call through our online scheduler
• Subscribe to our email list or download a guide, workbook, or media kit
• Register for a workshop, webinar, or event
• Email, call, or message us directly
This typically includes your name, business email, phone number, organization, role, and whatever details you
include about your event or leadership challenge.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages
visited, referring site, and time on page. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for site
functionality, analytics, and — where enabled — advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in
your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
3. Assessment and coaching data
If you engage Lead Strong for coaching, facilitation, or assessments (including Insights Discovery and
Cloverleaf), any profile or assessment data is collected through those platforms — not through this website —
and is governed by your engagement agreement with us and by the assessment provider’s own privacy terms.
We treat individual results as confidential and do not share them with your employer or anyone else except
as agreed in advance in writing.
4. How we use your information
• To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations
• To deliver requested materials, proposals, and program information
• To provide and administer coaching, facilitation, and speaking engagements
• To send newsletters, event invitations, and occasional updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our website, content, and offerings
• To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they may process your information on our behalf:
• Website hosting, CRM, forms, scheduling, and email delivery platforms
• Web and marketing analytics providers
• Assessment platforms, where you are enrolled in one
• Payment processors and accounting software
• Professional advisors, when required
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If Lead Strong is ever sold or
merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. Email and communications
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional messages related to an
active engagement — confirmations, invoices, scheduling, and program materials.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and record-
keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including reputable vendors and access controls,
to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold
about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, opt out of marketing, or object to certain processing. To
exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by
applicable law and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland: we process your information on the basis of your consent, our
legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, or performance of a contract with you. You may
withdraw consent at any time and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Information you submit may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from your
own.
10. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our site links to other websites, including partner, publisher, and assessment platforms. We are not
responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with
them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a
new effective date.
