Great coaches are indeed rare. The truly great ones are the one's who recognize they not only have to be students of the game, but also students of people. Embracing the need to understand people allows coaches to get the very most out of their players. Before it's ever about performance, it's about connection. We are delighted to bring proven systems and a proven coach to lead this part of our business. Our goal is to inspire coaches to better understand their players, adapt and speak different languages and therefore maximize the potential of their players, the team and ultimately the program.
